chargeGUARD CGS-20 is a replacement Current Sensor.The Current Sensor is an Integrated Copperplate Shunt which mounts on the NEGATIVE Ground battery post.In this new design the RJ-11 jack is remote from the copperplate shunt - allowing more freedom for installation in tight spaces and keeping the connection away from water spray. Shunt is rated for 100 Amps MAX current DO NOT EXCEED.The power wire of the Sensor must be connected to the positive battery post or a 12v source.The orientation of the LeftRight eyelets is important to keep correct InputOutput of the current flow.Note: Order only if you need a replacement
